To view information about how benefits are issued:

  1. select the Case Maintenance workflow
  2. go to the Program Administration workflow
  3. select the Benefit Issuance Mechanism page
  4. select the program (EAEDC)

The Mechanism field shows how the client receives benefits for a particular program. If Check is visible the client receives a check. If EBT is visible the client receives benefits through EBT. If Direct Deposit is visible the client receives benefits through direct deposit.
