Reject an Interview Wrapup Request

1. Select an existing Pending Authorization Request from the Select list.
2. Click Authorization.  The Interview Wrapup Authorization page displays.  For more information, see Interview Wrapup Authorization.
3. In the Authorization popup, select Reject for each displayed row. If any Rejected checkbox is selected, the entire request is considered rejected. Different approval roles will appear in the popup depending on what data is selected and what role the user has. See Interview Wrapup Request Type Priority Benefit Authorization Level and/or Benefit Authorization and Segregation of Duties.
4. After rejecting the request, the status will change to Rejected Authorization if any Rejected checkboxes where selected.
5. To save the data and remain on the page, click Save.
6. To save the data and exit the page, click Finish.
