Waived Areas
The ABAWD geographic waiver ended on June 30, 2025. Until further notice no clients are waived from the ABAWD work rules and the time limits due to being a “Resident of a Waived Area.” Staff will continue to see the “Resident of a Waived Area?” exemption question on the ABAWD Work Rules Screening tab, however, the question will remain grayed out and defaulted to “No” for all clients.
