ADA Accommodation Page

Once an accommodation has been approved, you can go to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accommodation page from the Client Search page by entering the client information and clicking the ADA icon to determine what the accommodation is and the details of the accommodation.

The ADA Accommodation page will have the following fields:

  • Start and End date (populated from the Screening page)
  • Type/Remedy field (populated from the Screening page)
  • Details field (populated from the Screening page), and
  • Comments field (populated from the Disposition page. If the Client Assistance Coordinator (CAC) has checked the box entitled “Copy to ECF Narrative” in the Disposition page, a blue circle, or a blue circle with a “+” sign to indicate a client with an authorized representative will appear next to the comment in the Narrative tab.

Reminder: Accommodations will vary from client to client based on the particular need and disability. If DTA staff has any questions about reasonable accommodations, they must be discussed with their CAC, TAO Accommodation Team or their TAO manager.
