Views Overview
Views are reminders of:
- actions that require prompt attention;
- work in progress;
- information on cases;
- extension requests;
- appointments;
- external agency matches; and
- fraud and/or overpayment referrals.
If you are in the First Available Worker (FAW) model (SNAP-only case managers), you must view your Actions and Registrants. There are two predetermined groups: Actions (Today’s Actions) and Registrants (Waiting/Being Served, Completed/Dismissed, Dropped-off Documents).
If you are an economic assistance case manager, Full Engagement Worker (FEW) and Self Sufficiency Specialist (SSS), you must check views daily. After checking all views, complete the work that needs to be done in conjunction with any outstanding views as soon as possible. Supervisors must also monitor staff views to ensure that work is completed on time.
There are thirteen predetermined groups of views. These groups contain individual views, which are categorized according to the work that needs to be performed. The views enable you to prioritize your cases for completion.
